Selling my 1997 Ford Escort. The transmission is not working properly but the engine runs great. AC needs a recharge but will work. Clean title. Has 121k miles on it. The paint needs some work but the body is in good shape otherwise. Tires are all there and in good condition. $500 obo. You will need to tow it out of here.

The car price comes from the average price from KBB, Edmunds, and NADA. Car is in good condition. I am willing to negotiate. Oh, and you get 3 keys!I am selling my Atlantic blue 2002 Ford Escort ZX2 "as is." Title is clean. I would keep the car if I could but being carless would save me quite a bit of money. I've driven the car for about a year and only a few troublesome things have popped up. It may need a bit of TLC but everything runs well. 1. Needs a battery2. Interior is stained (I looks like someone just plopped a tire in the back). It probably could be cleaned. 3. There is a tiny crack in the front windshield. It is repairable.4. The Hand Brake/ E Brake handle is a little loose. The wire that makes it function properly can be replaced/ fixed on the cheap.5. Missing a tire but you do have a donut! Yay? You probably should replace the tires anyway. 6. Car was not stocked with A/C; however, it DOES have heat. It is strange that a person would not spring to install A/C.7. AGAIN, the car is manual. This would be a great car to learn such a cool dying art. If you are dying to learn, I'd be down to teach anyone for a fee.8. There are minor imperfections in the paint that come with age. The car is in great running condition, the A/C and heat works, and the interior is good condition with on tears in the seats. The exterior is in fair condition with mirror damage on the bumpers. Over all the car is in good condition for its age and mileage and it sold as is.

CAR HAS ALWAYS BEEN IN TIP TOP CONDITION INSIDE & OUTbody & interior near mint condition originol owner was my grandmother. had only 43,000 miles after 15 yearsI put the other 100k miles on it over the last 5 yearswhether I used it as a spare car, in between vehiclesuntil I shopped around for the car I wanted, or later inlife it became my full time car (when granny turned 90). I swapped it out for a brand new one again yet that didn't do the trick. The only improvements that were needed at the time were:replacement of 1 bald tire (from usage) & alignmentSince the car has been sitting a few months another tire became bald, 3rd tire previously in great condition now just ok! 4th tire still great -just like new.
